ServiceNow Developer - Security Clearance
<p><b>Salary: £109,200 - 132,300 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong ServiceNow scripting skills with the ability to work across multiple ServiceNow modules, leveraging APIs, and delivering automation that enhances efficiency and user experience.</li><li>Capability to design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.</li><li>Ability to customise existing modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM.</li><li>Experience in building custom applications using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and App Engine.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain client-side (JavaScript, GlideForm) and server-side (GlideRecord, GlideSystem) scripts.</li><li>Experience in implementing automation using flows, scripting, orchestration, and integration tools.</li><li>Experience in developing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.</li><li>Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow API usage.</li><li>Experience with workflow development, UI customization, Flow Designer, and App Engine.</li><li>Understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, roles, and platform security.</li><li>Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and common authentication frameworks (OAuth, Basic Auth).</li><li>Current DV Security Clearance or SC Security Clearance or have the ability to undergo security clearance.</li><li>ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/others) (desirable).</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices (desirable).</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery (desirable).</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and source control (Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps) (desirable).</li></ul>

<ul><li>Support our central government client on implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance business processes and improve service delivery.</li><li>Customize and optimize ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.</li><li>Build new features on the ServiceNow platform and integrate with internal and external systems.</li><li>Develop and maintain scripts for both client-side and server-side functionalities.</li><li>Implement automation through flows, scripting, orchestration, and integrations.</li><li>Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of the ServiceNow applications.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.</li></ul>

<p>We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer with SC Security Clearance to join our team supporting a central government client. This position offers a 6-month contract with the potential to extend up to 24 months. We offer a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes.
