Automation Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>ISTQB certification (Foundation level as a minimum)</li><li>Hands-on experience with core testing approaches, including exploratory, integration, manual, and functional testing</li><li>Experience contributing to or building test frameworks using Java and/or JavaScript</li><li>Strong background in developing automated tests across backend and frontend systems using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, REST-based testing frameworks, or similar</li><li>Experience working within Agile delivery teams</li><li>Familiarity with distributed version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab</li><li>Proactive mindset, with the ability to self-manage, identify gaps, and take ownership of improvement areas</li></ul>

<ul><li>Be a key contributor to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions</li><li>Work across disciplines in small, collaborative teams with engineers from varied technical backgrounds</li><li>Design and build robust, scalable, and maintainable services</li><li>Collaborate with peers to solve complex technical challenges and deliver work at scale</li><li>Take ownership of technical quality by working closely with engineering and design colleagues</li><li>Refine processes, tools, and best practices to evolve team ways of working</li><li>Support the development of others through mentoring and coaching</li><li>Explore new technologies and approaches for personal growth</li><li>Actively promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and self-organisation</li><li>Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and contribute to collaborative initiatives</li></ul>
