SAP OTC Architect
<p><b>Salary: £132,960 - 145,800 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>8-12 years of hands-on SAP SD experience including S/4HANA</li><li>Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management</li><li>Deep understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and integrations with MM, FI, PP/QM, GTS, TM</li><li>Experience in configuring pricing procedures, condition records, partner functions, outputs, and ATP</li><li>Strong understanding of IDocs, BAPI, EDI, output management, and integration with 3PL/logistics systems</li><li>Proven experience leading SIT/UAT cycles, test planning, and defect triage</li><li>Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional designs</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Preferred experience in global rollouts, template design, or large transformation projects</li><li>Exposure to SAP CS (Customer Service) or SAP LE TRA</li><li>Experience working in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences)</li><li>High analytical skills</li><li>A high degree of initiative and flexibility</li><li>High customer orientation</li><li>High quality awareness</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end O2C design, including sales orders, quotations, contracts, deliveries, billing, and credit management</li><li>Configure SAP SD components such as pricing procedures, partner functions, outputs, condition techniques, and item categories</li><li>Ensure seamless integration with MM, FI, PP, and warehousing systems (WM/EWM)</li><li>Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into design documents and functional specifications</li><li>Lead SIT/UAT cycles, manage defects, and validate interfaces (IDoc/BAPI/OData/API)</li><li>Prepare and support SD related cutover activities including open orders, billing due lists, pricing loads, and customer master updates</li><li>Support go-live readiness, training, and hypercare stabilization</li><li>Ensure process compliance with SOX, SOD, and audit standards</li><li>Drive continuous improvements across pricing, returns, credit, and delivery processes</li><li>Create reusable templates, documentation, and functional playbooks</li></ul>
