Product Manager - Unified Communications & Contact Center
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven Product Management experience in UCaaS, CCaaS or cloud communications</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, SIP, omni-channel CCaaS</li><li>Understanding of legacy voice systems (PBX, ISDN, PSTN)</li><li>Commercial acumen and experience building pricing models</li><li>Ability to translate technical features into customer value</li><li>Experience with AI-driven CX tools (desirable)</li><li>Knowledge of telecoms compliance (Ofcom, GDPR) (desirable)</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own and deliver the UC & CC product roadmap</li><li>Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch</li><li>Define requirements for UCaaS/CCaaS enhancements and integrations</li><li>Manage vendor and partner relationships</li><li>Support sales with training, propositions and competitive insight</li><li>Ensure documentation, SLAs and onboarding processes are up to date</li></ul>
