Product Owner
<p><b>Salary: £32,000 - 45,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Some experience in product, technology, delivery, or a related field (including internships, placements, or graduate roles)</li><li>Understanding of the basics of agile or sprint-based working</li><li>Interest in building products that genuinely help people</li><li>Curiosity, thoughtfulness, and comfort in asking questions</li><li>Clear communication with different teams and stakeholders</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work</li><li>Willingness to use data and feedback to improve outcomes</li><li>Experience with tools like Linear, Jira, or Figma is helpful but not essential</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Support the delivery of product solutions that meet user, customer, and internal team needs</li><li>Help shape ideas into clear epics and user stories in Linear</li><li>Work with Design and Engineering to create feasible, usable, and high-quality solutions</li><li>Keep sprint teams moving smoothly by defining work and clarifying priorities</li><li>Identify risks or blockers and raise them early</li><li>Use product data and feedback to support better decisions</li><li>Collaborate with User Research to understand user needs deeply</li><li>Define measurable UX outcomes and learn from user feedback</li><li>Share product updates with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Support</li><li>Contribute to wider product and delivery projects and suggest improvements</li><li>Build skills through hands-on experience and mentoring</li></ul>
