SAP PP Functional Expert
<p><b>Salary: £126,000 - 135,600 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP-PI implementations and rollouts, preferably in Process Industries.</li><li>Strong expertise in Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling using SAP PP and integrated planning tools.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of SAP batch management functionalities, including Batch Determination, Batch Search Strategy, and Batch Derivation.</li><li>Experience in integrating SAP PP with related modules.</li><li>Hands-on experience in interface development and integration projects, including troubleshooting and monitoring.</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across global teams and time zones.</li><li>Variant Configuration experience to support complex product modeling and customization (desirable).</li><li>Integration of SAP PP with MES and other connected systems (desirable).</li><li>Basic understanding of manufacturing line processes, including shop floor operations and production workflows (desirable).</li><li>Prior involvement in global delivery models, with experience collaborating across IST and European time zones (desirable).</li><li>Experience in Repetitive and Discrete Manufacturing alongside Process Industries (desirable).</li><li>Ability to conduct training and workshops for business users and stakeholders (desirable).</li><li>Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards in life sciences or similar regulated industries (desirable).</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead and support SAP PP-PI implementations and rollouts for manufacturing clients, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and business requirements.</li><li>Design, configure, and optimize SAP PP-PI processes with a focus on Process, Repetitive, and Discrete Manufacturing environments.</li><li>Drive capacity planning and production scheduling activities, leveraging advanced SAP functionalities and integration.</li><li>Develop and maintain batch management processes, including Batch Determination, Batch Search Strategy, and Batch Derivation.</li><li>Integrate SAP PP with related modules such as APO, IBP, PPDS, PM, QM, WM, SD, and OMP to enable seamless end-to-end business processes.</li><li>Lead or participate in interface development and integration projects, ensuring robust data flow between SAP and external systems.</li><li>Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and timely project delivery.</li><li>Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive continuous process improvements in production planning and execution.</li><li>Engage with multiple sites and resolve issues that are plant/site specific.</li></ul>
