Digital Business Product Owner
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong experience in digital product management within a B2C ecommerce environment</li><li>Proven track record of managing a successful CRO programme with measurable commercial results</li><li>Hands-on experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Google Analytics)</li><li>Understanding and application of Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe framework</li><li>Strategic thinking ability to translate vision into clear roadmaps and effective prioritization</li><li>Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills and confidence in cross-functional teamwork</li><li>Data-driven and results-focused, comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Collaborate with the UK Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team to drive the CRO programme</li><li>Ensure CRO initiatives are integrated within the digital product roadmap, aligning with commercial objectives and performance data</li><li>Lead the UK business units digital product roadmap, working with other markets to identify shared objectives</li><li>Manage business unit priorities and resources, prioritizing high-value initiatives across the Group IT team</li><li>Own and deliver strategic digital initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery of revenue growth and digital transformation outcomes</li></ul>
