<ul><li>Proven experience recruiting Software Engineers within scaling or high-growth organisations.</li><li>Enterprise-level background strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills as a seasoned Talent Acquisition Business Partner.</li><li>Highly data-driven, comfortable using systems, reporting, and insights for decision-making.</li><li>Confident in navigating complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.</li><li>Engineering background ideal; significant experience in complex technical hiring environments is acceptable.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Act as a true business partner to engineering and technology leaders, supporting large-scale hiring programmes.</li><li>Deliver end-to-end recruitment for Software Engineering roles across multiple disciplines.</li><li>Navigate and manage complex, fast-moving hiring environments, balancing pace with quality.</li><li>Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions, workforce planning, and delivery.</li><li>Partner with HR, People, and Tech teams to continuously improve hiring processes and systems.</li><li>Demonstrate clear ownership of delivery, including what was delivered and how it was achieved at scale.</li></ul>
