<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Robust experience in technical digital or technology roles, ideally with hands-on involvement in delivering impactful solutions (circa 5 years as a TPM or more)</li><li>Strong familiarity with end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains, including SaaS platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, ERP systems, CRM systems, and more</li><li>Ability to interpret data, assess impacts of changes, and generate actionable insights</li><li>Strong focus on accuracy and precision in planning and executing change initiatives</li><li>Genuine interest in technology and innovation for enhancing customer experiences</li><li>Skilled in navigating challenges and finding effective solutions</li><li>Comfortable working across diverse teams and functional areas</li><li>Proficient in both written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to inspire confidence and influence ideas for positive outcomes</li><li>Strong organizational skills, managing multiple priorities and delivering at pace</li><li>Willingness to challenge existing processes and seek better ways of working</li><li>Prioritize the human experience in implementing improvements</li><li>Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external vendors</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own and support customer support platforms ensuring stability, functionality, and continuous improvement</li><li>Collaborate across teams to provide expert support internally and to key service delivery and customer support partners</li><li>Drive innovation and efficiency to streamline processes and maximize the value of new systems</li><li>Take ownership of a portfolio of digital platforms while monitoring broader technology developments</li><li>Build strong partnerships with vendors to deliver on performance goals using clear KPIs</li><li>Lead technology change initiatives, introducing new systems and processes for efficiency</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders across leadership, IT, and business teams to address challenges</li><li>Manage platform issues and incidents, troubleshooting effectively and driving improvements</li><li>Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure platform resilience</li><li>Translate business requirements into practical solutions for continuous improvement</li><li>Use collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence to support teamwork</li></ul>
