<ul><li>Hands-on experience in full stack development with a strong understanding of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and React</li><li>Proficiency in Azure PaaS including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, and Azure App Service</li><li>Familiarity with ARM/Bicep templates</li><li>Good understanding of Azure DevOps processes</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Azure Resource Management</li><li>Proven experience leading a development team and setting engineering standards</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and business teams</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a purpose-driven mindset</li></ul>
