ServiceNow Consultant
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Deep experience across ServiceNow, including architecture, development, administration, and integrations</li><li>A strong track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow programmes in a consulting environment</li><li>The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; implementation certifications preferred</li><li>ITIL Foundation and a solid understanding of SaaS and on-premise architectures</li><li>A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a focus on inclusive ways of working</li></ul>

<ul><li>Partner with senior leaders, including C-suite, to advise on ServiceNow strategy and enterprise transformation</li><li>Lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules and environments</li><li>Translate business challenges into clear, scalable ServiceNow architectures and roadmaps</li><li>Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams</li><li>Contribute to propositions, bids, and thought leadership that support the growth of the advisory practice</li><li>Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the team</li></ul>

<p>We are a growing advisory practice dedicated to helping organisations unlock the full value of ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Advisory Consultant, you will engage in a strategic role, working with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver transformation programmes across multiple clients and sectors. We offer a competitive base salary up to £130,000, a 12% annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that brings the total reward up to £149,000. Our hybrid working model allows for flexibility, combining home working, office, and client sites.
