Senior Account Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>5+ years experience in account management, commercial, or customer-facing roles within ERP, SaaS, or subscription-based software environments</li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving account growth and retention</li><li>Excellent communication skills, confident engaging at operational and senior leadership levels</li><li>Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts</li><li>Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is advantageous</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Own and develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of high-value, complex customers</li><li>Build and maintain account strategies aligned with customer objectives, challenges, and business priorities</li><li>Plan and lead structured customer engagement, including regular account reviews and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders</li><li>Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for your accounts</li><li>Set and manage clear expectations around scope, delivery, and timelines</li><li>Coordinate internal teams to ensure customer actions are completed, outcomes are delivered, and accountability is clear</li><li>Identify and drive opportunities for account growth, including upsell, cross-sell, contract expansion, and service optimization</li><li>Create and manage revenue and growth plans for each account</li><li>Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer value</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and retention</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing development and maturity of account management practices across the business</li><li>Champion best practices in customer engagement, retention, and commercial strategy</li></ul>
