<p><b>Salary: £61,000 - 61,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Project Manager in an enterprise environment.</li><li>Azure accreditation (AZ-900 or equivalent).</li><li>Prince2 and ITIL certification.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, Firewalls, Windows Server, SQL, Database Concepts, Active Directory, Virtualisation, Microsoft 365/Azure, IP telephony, Power Shell, SCCM, and Intune.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive teams.</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.</li><li>Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Define scope, goals, deliverables, and project plans with schedules for multiple projects.</li><li>Estimate costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.</li><li>Proactively identify risks, resolve technical or personnel issues, and implement contingency plans.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact, providing regular status updates and aligning project goals with business objectives.</li><li>Motivate, coach, direct, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables.</li><li>Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation.</li><li>Support service transition from project to production, ensuring a robust support model for go-live.</li><li>Deliver projects to high standards, meeting quality assessments and control processes.</li><li>Manage and plan release schedules for deliverables as part of change control.</li><li>Review relevant legislation that could impact projects and encourage innovative thinking among colleagues.</li></ul>
