2nd/3rd Line EUC Engineer

<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments in a 2nd/3rd line capacity</li><li>Skilled in supporting and administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)</li><li>Experience administering device management platforms such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune</li><li>Confident troubleshooting complex issues, working independently and across multiple client environments</li><li>Scripting in Bash or Python, with PowerShell as an advantage</li></ul>

<ul><li>Provide excellent IT support and consultancy to a diverse client base across various sectors</li><li>Take ownership of complex 2nd and 3rd line issues within Apple and Windows estates</li><li>Utilize enterprise-grade tools including Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365</li><li>Contribute to automation, documentation, and build processes</li><li>Work with multiple client environments to broaden technical depth</li></ul>
