Cloud and DevOps Platform Manager
<p><b>Salary: £100,000 - 115,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Proven experience in leading or building cloud platforms, internal developer platforms, or Developer Experience tooling</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to build teams and hold them accountable for outcomes</li><li>Delivery-focused mindset, comfortable making decisions in a timely manner</li><li>Expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices</li><li>Familiarity with regulated environments is a plus</li><li>Ability to think in terms of products rather than just projects or infrastructure</li><li>Passion for solving complex problems and taking ownership</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Owning the Cloud Platform and Developer Experience as an internal product with a clear roadmap</li><li>Leading a platform team to deliver reusable CI/CD pipelines, shared infrastructure patterns, and reliable automation</li><li>Managing the infrastructure and platform concerns to allow product teams to focus on development</li><li>Improving platform reliability and consistency to help engineers move faster with confidence</li><li>Acting as a strong people leader by coaching, supporting, and developing a high-impact team</li><li>Identifying friction points in the developer journey and transforming them into solved problems</li><li>Driving end-to-end delivery from problem definition to implementation and adoption</li><li>Partnering with engineering leadership and stakeholders to ensure the platform fosters business growth</li><li>Ensuring platform services comply with security, operational, and regulatory requirements</li></ul>

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing team, where you will have the autonomy to shape how engineering operates day-to-day.
