QA Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £55,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>3+ years experience in QA across manual and automated testing</li><li>Preferred: Salesforce CRM testing experience (Lightning UI, workflows, validation rules, integrations)</li><li>Also suitable: Dynamics, Halo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms</li><li>Hands-on experience with Playwright (UI + API)</li><li>Strong working experience with JIRA (defects) and Xray (test execution, traceability, reporting)</li><li>Good understanding of APIs, JSON payloads, integrations, and web application architecture</li><li>Methodical, detail-driven, and curious in your testing approach</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Execute functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing across web applications and CRM systems</li><li>Review acceptance criteria and refine test scenarios where required</li><li>Create high-quality test cases in Xray, ensuring full requirements coverage and traceability</li><li>Validate CRM workflows, permissions, custom logic, data flows, and third-party integrations</li><li>Perform end-to-end testing across CRM journeys including cross-system interactions</li><li>Apply transferable CRM testing experience from Salesforce, Dynamics, Halo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms</li><li>Develop and maintain automated UI and API test scripts using Playwright</li><li>Support the growth of a scalable automation suite to improve regression speed and reliability</li><li>Assist with embedding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Use Xray to manage test cases, test runs, and test plans</li><li>Log, track, and validate defects in JIRA, producing clear and actionable bug reports</li><li>Contribute to structured QA reporting and continuous process improvement</li><li>Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Product Owners to clarify requirements and testability</li><li>Communicate risks, defects, and findings clearly during sprint cycles</li><li>Support discussions around Definition of Done and quality expectations</li></ul>
