Infrastructure Engineer - Azure/365 Workplace
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on Azure engineering experience</li><li>Proven Microsoft 365 administration experience</li><li>Deep knowledge of Microsoft Teams (including voice/telephony, security, and governance)</li><li>Experience implementing or supporting Copilot or AI productivity tools (desirable)</li><li>Solid understanding of networking, identity, and security best practices</li><li>PowerShell or automation/Scripting skills</li><li>Experience within insurance or financial services environments (preferred)</li></ul>

<ul><li>Engineer, support, and optimise Azure infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS)</li><li>Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID</li><li>Own and enhance Microsoft Teams (collaboration, voice, meetings, governance, policies, and integrations)</li><li>Support rollout and adoption of Copilot and modern workplace automation</li><li>Lead migrations, upgrades, and platform improvements</li><li>Strengthen security, identity, and compliance controls</li><li>Provide 3rd line support and technical expertise across infrastructure projects</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, user-focused services</li></ul>
