Interaction Designer
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong Government Digital Services (GDS) experience</li><li>Proficiency in Interaction Design, User Centred Design (UCD), and UX/UI design</li><li>Experience with design tools such as Heroku, Figma, and Sketch</li><li>Ability to lead the design of digital products and services</li><li>Experience in translating user research findings into actionable designs</li><li>Skill in creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user flows</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility standards (GDS, NHS service principles, WCAG)</li><li>Strong collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams</li><li>Mentoring experience with junior team members</li><li>Government/GDS/GOV.UK domain experience is preferred</li></ul>
