Director of Engineering
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year</b></p>

<ul><li>Proven experience in leading and building high-performing engineering teams</li><li>Strong background in developing engineering platforms</li><li>Experience in transitioning from outsourced technical environments to in-house expertise</li><li>Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry, particularly Wealth Management</li><li>Familiarity with the application landscape including back office, middle office, and front office systems such as CRM</li><li>Expertise in large-scale application packaging</li><li>Proficient in refactoring code bases</li><li>Experience in migrating legacy applications to modern SaaS platforms, including DevOps practices</li><li>Knowledge of automation and AI practices in engineering settings</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
