Lead Developer .NET / Azure
<p><b>Salary: £75,000 - 88,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React</li><li>Solid knowledge of Azure PaaS (Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, App Service, ARM/Bicep)</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Experience leading or mentoring developers</li><li>Understanding of authentication and identity (Entra AD)</li><li>Agile development background (Scrum Master certification a plus)</li><li>Experience integrating systems across application, interface, and data layers</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead and mentor a small development team</li><li>Design, build, and maintain mobile and web applications</li><li>Act as a full-stack developer with strong front-end/UI skills</li><li>Plan and prioritize workload across multiple business streams</li><li>Build enterprise and client-facing applications using modern tools and cloud technologies</li><li>Apply DevOps methodologies and CI/CD best practices</li><li>Contribute to solution design and technical strategy</li><li>Explore and adopt emerging tech such as AI, ML, and automation</li></ul>
