Lead Full Stack Developer

<ul><li>Strong leadership experience as a Lead Developer in a current or previous role</li><li>Solid Azure skills from a development perspective, particularly with LogicApps</li><li>Proficient in Full Stack Development: C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint</li><li>Experience with GenAI in development practices and an understanding of its rapid evolution</li><li>Background in Greenfield Development with flexibility for non-delivery of all developed features</li><li>High energy, enthusiasm, and a forward-thinking personality</li><li>Proven experience in C-Suite Stakeholder Management</li></ul>

<ul><li>Lead the development team in creating and implementing software solutions</li><li>Collaborate with team members on Azure development projects</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication with C-Suite executives</li><li>Participate in bi-monthly office meetings and occasional in-office work as required</li><li>Approach development tasks with a focus on GenAI utilization and continuous learning</li><li>Be prepared to handle Greenfield projects and adapt to changing requirements</li></ul>
