Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
<p><b>Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year</b></p>
<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>Experience working with migrated workloads and hybrid cloud environments</li><li>Cloud modernization experience</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps principles, source control, and automation</li><li>Proven experience working with AWS and Azure, managing virtual machines, cloud apps, and virtual networking</li><li>Strong background in on-prem technologies, such as vSphere, Active Directory, Exchange, and WAN/LAN</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and diagnostic abilities for BAU escalations</li><li>An aptitude for security and a keen eye for detail</li><li>Ideally, but not mandatory: experience with load balancing, IP telephony, contact center services, and containerization</li><li>Understanding of FCA rules and regulations along with ITIL experience is preferential but not essential</li><li>A proven track record in cloud infrastructure with a sound understanding of security (antivirus, firewalls, access control, etc.)</li><li>Ideally, knowledge of Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO27001, CIS, or NIST</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>In this role, you will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring robust performance, high availability, and comprehensive support. You will lead the maintenance of our cloud environments, as well as MS 365 and other relevant technologies. I expect you to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business while engaging closely with Technology Services colleagues to implement procedural and technical aspects of Security Operations, including liaison with the MSSP/SOC.</li></ul>
