<b>Requirements:</b>
<ul><li>5+ years' experience in a busy IT Service Desk or similar support role</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11 and Office 365</li><li>Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice)</li><li>Clear, professional communication and strong customer care focus</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>ITIL knowledge and experience working to SLAs</li><li>Nice to have: Experience in the financial services sector, familiarity with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys), knowledge of remote support tools and collaboration platforms, experience with Power Apps and automating service processes</li></ul>
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<ul><li>Log, prioritise, and resolve technical issues and requests</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels</li><li>Escalate and manage major incidents appropriately</li><li>Support change and problem management processes</li><li>Assist with projects and improve internal tools like Power Apps</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and asset records</li><li>Participate in shift patterns, including some weekend/on-call work</li></ul>

<p>We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join our busy support team within a well-established financial services company. In this role, you’ll provide 1st line technical support and occasionally 2nd and 3rd line support for our internal teams and partners. <br><br>You’ll be part of the Business Technology Services team, which provides technology and change support across governance, technical operations, cyber security, and more.
