Here, you will make an impact by:<ul><li>Customer Service support in the customer care process  </li><li>Responding to customer requests via defined channels  </li><li>Liaise with the business on customer relationship management via Salesforce functionalities</li><li>Registration and consideration of customer complaints ensuring an efficient customer complaint service  </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time </li><li>Continuous improvement of processes   </li></ul>Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university </li><li>1-2 years of equivalent work experience in customer facing roles</li><li>ideally experience in B2B, complaints handling, customer issue resolution or customer service</li><li>Fluent English and German</li></ul>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:<ul><li>Previous experience working with SAP (especially OTC module)/ SalesForce   </li><li>Experience of supply chain and logistics is nice to have  </li><li>Strong problem solving skills & ownership   </li><li>Organizational skills are key in the fast paced customer environment.  </li><li>Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.  </li><li>Detail oriented and enjoys working with customer  </li><li>Collaborative Team player </li></ul>Work location: <ul><li>Remote within Poland</li></ul>Please submit your application in English!Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
