<p dir="ltr">UTTR is looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Campaign Manager</strong>&nbsp;to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. This is not a junior support role &mdash; you&rsquo;ll own campaigns end-to-end, drive real business outcomes, and play a key role in shaping how we scale performance for our clients.<br><br>You&rsquo;ll work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, revops, and client stakeholders), and bring a deeply data-driven mindset to everything you do.</p><div>&nbsp;</div><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing</strong><br><br><strong>Campaign Strategy, Setup &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Own the tactical and operational management of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts.</li><li>Lead campaign setup, launch, and ongoing optimisation across&nbsp;<strong>LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search (Google &amp; Bing), Meta</strong>, and other platforms (Reddit, X, etc. are a plus).</li><li>Ensure flawless execution from brief to launch, with campaigns delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client KPIs.</li></ul><p><strong>Optimisation, Testing &amp; Performance Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities and risks across accounts.</li><li>Lead advanced testing and optimisation initiatives (audience, creative, bidding, budget, funnel performance).</li><li>Conduct in-depth channel audits and performance analyses to uncover growth opportunities and efficiency gains.</li><li>Move beyond vanity metrics &mdash; focus on pipeline impact, revenue influence, and meaningful business outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong>Data, Martech &amp; Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Analyse and interpret data across B2B martech and analytics platforms, including&nbsp;<strong>HubSpot, CRM systems, GA4</strong>, and ad platforms.</li><li>Use insights to continuously optimise performance and inform future strategy.</li><li>Support accurate data management, reporting, and performance storytelling across accounts.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>Looker Studio</strong>&nbsp;is a strong plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Client &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with design, revops, analytics, and client teams to ensure assets, tracking, and reporting are implemented correctly.</li><li>Provide clients with clear, concise, and actionable recommendations backed by data.</li><li>Partner with platform reps and stay ahead of emerging features, best practices, and beta opportunities.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li><strong>4+ years of experience</strong>&nbsp;in digital marketing, with a strong focus on&nbsp;<strong>B2B campaign management</strong>.</li><li>Proven experience managing campaigns across&nbsp;<strong>LinkedIn Ads, Paid Search (Google/Bing), and Meta</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of how paid media integrates with broader B2B marketing and revenue strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience with&nbsp;<strong>B2B martech tools</strong>, including&nbsp;<strong>HubSpot, CRM platforms</strong>, and analytics tools.</li><li>Highly&nbsp;<strong>data-driven mindset</strong>&nbsp;&mdash; you love digging into performance, testing hypotheses, and optimising based on insights.</li><li>Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate them into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply and confidently.</li><li>Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.</li><li>Proactive, self-starting attitude &mdash;
