You will act as the<strong> technical and strategic expert</strong> for push notifications and in-app communication, enabling teams to run high-quality campaigns while stepping in<strong> hands-on for complex or cross-market </strong>use cases when needed. </p><p>Working closely with <strong>Product, Engineering and Marketing teams,</strong> you will help build a scalable, reliable and data-driven mobile CRM setup and actively contribute to improving <strong>app engagement and retention</strong> across Redcare’s app ecosystem. </p><p> </p><p><strong>About your tasks: </strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Design push notifications and in-app communication strategies </strong>for the Redcare App, including product ownership of the app CRM tool (e.g. CleverTap / Leanplum) and its technical setup and roadmap </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Enable and support marketing teams in planning and <strong>executing in-app and push campaigns</strong>; take hands-on ownership for complex, technical or cross-market use cases when needed </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Act as the app CRM expert and <strong>central interface</strong> between Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data and external partners </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work closely with<strong> Product and Tech on mobile CRM topics </strong>such as event tracking, data structures, consent and opt-in logic, feature integrations, QA and SDK updates </p></li><li><p>Develop and test<strong> app retention strategies and promotions</strong> together with product and marketing teams </p></li><li><p>Define <strong>standards, best practices, templates and documentation</strong> to ensure consistent quality and efficient execution across markets </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Own reporting and <strong>KPI frameworks</strong> (e.g. delivery, engagement, retention, conversion) and support teams with insights and optimization recommendations </p></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Monitor </strong>market, technology and competitive trends in mobile CRM and app engagement and translate them into actionable improvements </p></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You have several years of hands-on <strong>experience in app CRM</strong>, ideally in an e-commerce, digital or agency environment </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You have strong experience with<strong> push and in-app platforms</strong> such as CleverTap, Leanplum, Braze, Airship, Batch or similar tools </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You have a strong technical understanding of<strong> mobile apps</strong>, including event tracking, user properties, consent management, and data flows between app, backend, analytics and CRM systems </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You are comfortable acting as a <strong>technical advisor and sparring partner</strong> for product managers, engineers and marketing stakeholders </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You have solid <strong>analytical skills </strong>and are confident working with KPIs, dashboards, and reports (experience with SQL, GA4/Firebase, Fullstory or Looker is a plus) </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You are <strong>structured, proactive and a clear communicator</strong> with good stakeholder management skills </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You are<strong> fluent in English </strong>and have at least a <strong>B1 level in German</strong> </p></li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"><p><strong>About your benefits:</strong></p><p>In order to provide our employees with the best possible support for their individual needs, we offer a wide range of benefits:</p><p>• <strong>Work from Home: </strong>If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.</p><p>• <strong>Redcare events: </strong>We promote teambuilding through creative team events, and celebrate our successes together at regularly scheduled parties.</p><p>• <strong>Kindergarten Grant:</strong> We offer our employees who pay for childcare in kindergarten 100,00 € (total) per month.</p><p>• <strong>Mental Health: </strong>Get quick and professional help from psychologists of Likeminded if you feel overwhelmed in private or professional life.
