The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design, strong UI/UX skills, and be proficient in translating high-level requirements into interaction flows and visually appealing, user-friendly websites.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Design engaging, responsive, and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools.</li><li>Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to implement visual and interactive elements.</li><li>Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new web pages and improvements.</li><li>Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.</li><li>Maintain consistency in design and branding across all company platforms.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript</strong>, and design software such as <strong>Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.</li><li>Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.</li><li>Good communication and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.</li></ul><h3><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.</li><li>Knowledge of basic front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.</li><li>Familiarity with basic animation libraries and interaction design.</li></ul><p><br/></p></div>
