Role Overview
• Build and enhance core developer platforms, tooling and automation to accelerate the full development lifecycle.
• Standardise CI/CD pipelines and development workflows across global regions to improve consistency and collaboration.
• Improve local development environments, onboarding experience and automated testing capabilities at scale.
• Integrate and scale AI-assisted development tools to continually improve engineering productivity.

Qualifications
• Computer science degree or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience working with CI/CD systems, build tooling or developer platform engineering.
• Strong programming fundamentals and a demonstrated interest in improving developer productivity and workflow efficiency.
