Requirements include:Ability to perform impact analysis and understand functional specifications.Digest technical specifications and quickly develop good quality AS/400 modules in a multi‑tech team environment.Experience working in a global delivery model, communicating, tracking, and working with offshore teams.Proficiency in COBOL/Synon RPG.Health care background a plus.Experience with RxClaim Adjudication is a big plus.RoleParticipate in all aspects of software development including definition, design, implementation, testing, delivery, etc.Analysis, design, and development of software modules for targeted application domains.Enhancement, modification, and correction of existing software modules.Contribute to planning and estimation activities.Mandatory Technical / Functional SkillsAS/400, Synon experience, SQL and good analytical skills.RxClaim knowledge.Desirable Technical / Functional SkillsGood communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.#J-18808-Ljbffr
