HR Intern @ (T1 VC-backed) Mobility Stealth Startup

<h2>Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Execution + KPIs (this is a ops -heavy role):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Run the recruiting funnel end-to-end with clear throughput goals</strong>: job postings, sourcing/outreach, screening calls, structured assessments, coordination. <strong>You work with quarterly targets and a solid cadence.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Own a clean funnel and weekly reporting:</strong> source performance, conversion rates, time-to-hire, and drop-off reasons.</li>
<li><strong>Run a “close the loop” process:</strong> Reduce time-to-next-step, increase interview-to-offer conversion, and improve candidate experience through fast follow-ups and tight process.</li>
<li><strong>Weekly cadence:</strong> Weekly hiring sync: pipeline review, bottlenecks, actions, and targets for the next week.</li>
<li><strong>Own day-to-day people operations:</strong> Onboarding, trainings, benefits, initiatives with a bias for action.</li>
<li><strong>Work with clean and data driven systems:</strong> Build and maintain dashboards**.** Suggest and improve <strong>workflow</strong> <strong>automations.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ops for People:</strong> Maintain documentation and data hygiene on HRIS, shared drives and notion.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p>You’re not just “interested” in operations; you <em>want to get things done</em>.</p>
<ul>
<li>Available for at least 6 months (ideally longer).</li>
<li>Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1+).</li>
<li>Passionate about the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company.</li>
<li>Comfortable with an on-site set-up.</li>

<li><strong>Compensation:</strong> EUR 2.6k/month. No matter your internship’s duration. You will also get a <strong>work laptop</strong> and <strong>work phone.</strong></li>
