You’ll lead strategic sales efforts, manage and grow a high-value pipeline, and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the adtech ecosystem.</p><p>This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited to someone who brings deep market knowledge, experience working within international companies, and a hands-on, consultative sales approach.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build, manage, and own a sales pipeline - including lead generation, outbound outreach, prioritization, and tracking key metrics</li><li>Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - across <strong>Germany and the broader DACH region</strong></li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers at publishers, SSPs, platforms, and media companies</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and performance reporting</li><li>Adapt GeoEdge’s global value proposition into impactful, localized sales narratives</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client growth</li><li>Provide insights into regional market trends and customer needs to shape strategic and product direction</li><li>Represent GeoEdge at key industry events throughout Europe, both virtually and in person</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><p>4+ years of B2B sales experience in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, with a strong track record in <strong>Germany and DACH markets</strong></p><p>Proven success managing the full sales cycle and consistently hitting revenue goals</p><p>Strong network across publishers, SSPs, and media platforms</p><p>Ability to pitch and close complex deals with senior stakeholders</p><p>Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills at the C-suite, VP, and Director levels</p><p>Native or fluent in both <strong>German and English</strong>, with excellent verbal and written communication</p><p>Consultative, client-focused sales approach with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities</p><p>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus</p><p><strong>Location in or near Hamburg is a plus</strong></p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in Germany</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
