<p>We’re looking for a Country Marketing Manager based in Germany to act as the strategic and commercial engine of our Spanish operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands cities, culture, and how to turn ideas into footfall.</p>

<p><strong>Your priority is here in Berlin.</strong> We need a "street-smart" strategist who can reignite the local market, build deep connections with the city’s social culture, and drive immediate footfall.</p>
<p>We need a "Sales-Marketer"—someone who thinks in startup mode, isn't afraid to knock on doors, and knows how to analyze data to understand what actually drives revenue.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<p><strong>1. Strategic Execution & Analysis (The "Head")</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Berlin First:</strong> Design and execute the 360° marketing plan with a heavy emphasis on maximizing the potential of our Berlin venue.</li>
<li><strong>Data-Driven Decisions:</strong> You don't just "do" marketing; you measure it. You will analyze campaign performance (CAC, Footfall, Partnership Leads) to understand what works and what doesn’t, pivoting quickly to optimize budget.</li>
<li><strong>Brand & Ops Alignment:</strong> Work closely with the Operations team to ensure your ideas are executable. You understand that a great marketing campaign must work operationally and financially.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Commercial "Hunter" & Partnerships (The "Hustle")</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Active Sales:</strong> You are responsible for proactively identifying and closing deals with brands, agencies, and corporates in Berlin. You don’t wait for inbound leads; you go get them.</li>
<li><strong>Partnership Revenue:</strong> Drive sales for private events, team buildings, and shootings. You will treat the venue like a product you are selling to the partners.</li>
<li><strong>Network Building:</strong> You will be the face of IKONO in Berlin, actively networking to secure collaborations that drive ticket sales.</li>

<p><strong>3. Activation & Social Culture (The "Pulse")</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Local Culture Expert:</strong> You know the Berlin scene inside out. You know the influencers, the lifestyle trends, and the key opinion leaders who can move the needle.</li>
<li><strong>High-Impact Activations:</strong> Plan and host events that create buzz. You are willing to roll up your sleeves to make sure an event runs smoothly.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years in Marketing, Partnerships, or Sales within Entertainment, Hospitality, or Lifestyle.</li>
<li><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong> Ability to read data, understand P&L implications, and determine the success/failure of a campaign.</li>
<li><strong>Network:</strong> Strong existing contacts (Agencies, Brands, PR) in Germany.</li>
<li><strong>Languages:</strong> Native/Bilingual German and fluent English. Spanish is a plus.</li>
<li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> High energy, high autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills.</li>
