IT Operations Engineer (m/f/x)

<p>As an IT Operations Engineer you will strengthen both Internal IT and SRE-related capabilities in operational field. You will play a key part in supporting infrastructure, platform operations, ensuring seamless internal IT processes and be a vital part of incident management and response activities — working closely with product teams, internal stakeholders, and the infrastructure function.</p>
<p>You will operate at the intersection of internal IT, security tooling, endpoints management and product operations.</p>
<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p>
<p><strong>Platform Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate and enhance monitoring, logging and alerting systems for both Internal IT and Product Infrastructure</li>
<li>Contribute to Kubernetes clusters configuration for high availability deployments</li>
<li>Participate in operational incident response activities</li>
<li>Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform</li>
<li>Support and improve system reliability, security, scalability and performance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Internal IT Operations</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support and optimize company-wide IT systems, tools, networking and access management</li>
<li>Ensure smooth operation of endpoints, workplace infrastructure and internal services</li>
<li>Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes and security-related internal IT controls including incident detection, reaction and response systems</li>
<li>Collaborate with teams to enable productive and secure workplace operations</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of processes related to security, performance, resilience, and cost</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, or closely related engineering roles</li>
<li>Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud (AWS or similar), and Unix systems</li>
<li>Skilled in container orchestration and Office365 administration</li>
<li>Experience with MDM systems and endpoints management technologies</li>
<li>Familiar with zero-trust networking and operational concept</li>
<li>Ability to operate effectively across both Internal IT and platform-oriented responsibilities</li>
<li>Problem-solver with ownership mindset and clear communication</li>
<li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus</li>
