Automation & AI Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)

<li>Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions</li>
<li>Build and scale internal AI agents</li>
<li>Automate customer data validation, bank data verification & operational workflows</li>
<li>Transform financial reporting from manual processes to intelligent automation</li>
<li>Integrate OpenAI / cloud AI services into real business environments</li>
<li>Support digital transformation across multiple European countries</li>
</ul>
<h2>Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field</li>
<li>3+ years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation, or software development</li>
<li>Strong Python skills and experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)</li>
<li>Hands-on automation & system integration experience</li>
<li>Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred)</li>
<li>A structured, solution-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Fluent English</li>
