Test Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

<h2>Your mission</h2>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end tests for our software products, including cross-team workflows</li>
<li>Analyze, review, and document test results, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve identified issues</li>
<li>Identify gaps in existing test coverage and prioritize the development of additional test cases</li>
<li>Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure testing aligns with business and product requirements</li>
<li>Promote and strengthen a culture of quality awareness within the team</li>
</ul>

<li>Degree or completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in quality assurance or quality management</li>
<li>Practical experience with testing and automation frameworks</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent working style, and a pronounced quality mindset</li>
<li>Ability to quickly understand existing testing processes and systematically improve them</li>
<li>Team-oriented, reliable, and communicative, with a high level of commitment and ownership</li>
